I think I'm here to praise something or just talk about it but I am not very sure.
So I watched Randeep Sexy Hooda and Alia Bhatt starrer HIGHWAY.

I had planned to post about the movie but somehow I end up talking about how much I love Imtiaz Ali.
Being a ShahRukh Khan Worshipper (and Not just a Fan) I amaze friends by telling them that "Love Aaj Kal" is my all time favorite! Firstly, Because choosing one SRK movie is impossible and Secondly, because Imtiaz Ali Movies are close, very close, closest to the heart.

Location-India oriented.
Most ideal and romantic location for people might be the Typical Yash Chopra Movie location, for me they are Imtiaz Ali Movie Locations. His movies have this very different, simple yet put an extraordinary kinda attention towards some of the best, most extravagant, lively yet peaceful places in India. I absolutely love how his movies are incomplete without a little "Dilli" + something "Sufi" and lots of "Punjabi-pann" in it!

Music- Most Happening Albums!
Coming to the Music his movies has, I'd say if you don't consider Rockstar as one of the ultimate music album this industry has you sure have a bad taste in music! Unlike every other movie Music is not Imtiaz movies' Best part. Imtiaz himself, is, followed by music. Irshad's lyrics, A.R.Rahman's music, a mandatory song by Mohit Chauhan - Orgasmic!

Simple Yet Completely Different Approach (Towards Love, Life, Friendship, Freedom..)
Bollywood these days is upto something it has no idea about, but Imtiaz movies at the same time are the best thing happening to bollywood-freaks,I bet!
For some, Imtiaz movies are baseless and for rest, they are just meant for entertainment. But you need to look deep into them. They are about little things and little feelings that change your life drastically.

Why is Love Aaj Kal the most favorite movie? Because it is about doing little things for each other that we might not say and even refuse, but want (When Jai visits Meera at the Airport?) It is about Love still existing when you are busy being practical about your lives and thinking that hitting on a new person everyday is okay,and easy.
Why Rockstar? Because you can't have everything in life. You've got accept what life brings to you.
Why Cocktail? Because seeing someone you love falling for someone else hurts, and hurts more when they met that someone through you. But you can't change how they feel.
Highway? Because some people want to breathe, want to be loved and want to love someone with all they have.

Entertainment?
Imtiaz movies might have nothing but Entertainment! He will very easily make every person get into the story as if "THIS IS ME!!" He knows the key to connect to the hearts and trends of the Youth. Simply, he knows "Kya Chalta Hai" or what the audience wants. His screenplays, scripts, music or transitions -Everything is what keeps you glued to your seats in the cinema,because he is showing you what you want to see. *Winks*

My Love for Imtiaz and his movies is deeper than my love for the Sufi and the Punjabi touch in his movies. All I can do is talk about him and wait for SRK to work with Imtiaz. If you need more reasons why Imtiaz Movies Make Complete Sense To Me (MOST SENSIBLE, I mean!!) then talk to me. B-)

Indian Premier League 2013 | Shah Rukh Khan at the Opening Ceremony | 2nd April 2013 | Pitbull ,Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif performing at Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata.

India won the World Cup two years ago on this day, 2nd April. Keep aside the other aspects, Our India is definitely United In Diversity when it comes to Cricket. Indian Premier League Is Back this year. And It's gonna be back with a BANG !
Last year it was Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) who won the 2012 season. Shah Rukh's Cartwheel rolled million hearts and TONIGHT IS GOING TO BE A SRK NIGHT ! Opening Ceremony will be held at Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata (as Kolkata won the last season.) Shah Rukh Khan himself, Along with the MR. Worldwide PITBULL , Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif will be performing in the opening ceremony.

"Jab Tak Hai JAAN" | Shahrukh - Katrina - Anushka starrer Yash Chopra Romance's name revealed.

First Look was out.
PRE-Trailers were out.
Poster's were giving the audience rush.
Movie's name- still a mystery !

Shahrukh Khan , Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif starrer- The Yash Chopra Romance most awaited by all the movie buffs finally has a name.

Since it was disclosed that jodi most wanted by audience was finally coming together - Shahrukh And Katrina plus Anushka , Shahrukh-Romance and YRF lovers were losing patience.

                            

Rumours were that movie will be called "London Ishq" or " Ye Kahan Aa Gaye Hum".
Slowly but finally they disclosed their secrets and here we have what its called " Jab Tak Hai Jaan"

They first revealed its posters where Shahrukh was seen in army uniform.Shahrukh constantly tweeted about his Kashmir tour. Audience was much aware about the fact that its being shot in England And Kashmir with Anushka and Katrina. 

I personally love Shahrukh in stubble :)

Monday, 10th September'2012 when Shahrukh Khan tweeted about the "launch" of his movie's Title his fans were going head over heels.

"Yash Raj's tryst with musical titles continues with SRK's next" - They Said and the untitled project was now called "JAB TAK HAI JAAN", Jab Tak Hai Jaan being a song from movie Sholay featuring Hema Malini. 

Although some commented its dated and boring...Srk lovers had to fall in love with it !!

Also the poetry and the poster's of the movie are being loved by everyone.

 Jab Tak Hai Jaan was seen trending worldwide on twitter. And as the 2nd trend in India.

Movie is scheduled to release on Diwali , November 13th 2012. Trailers will be out soon.

Was just reading tweets from people who attended the Premiers and as expected - Movie is loved by everyone. The Leading-lady Deepika's performance is praised and is said to be one of her best !
I just love her look and her character in the movie .

"Pari" Parineeti Chopra with her new upcoming movie Ishaqzaade releasing on 11th may has set a new fashion statement with her very elegant and ethnic look.

Outfit: Parineeti wears black waistcoat which is part of western outfit with desi style kurtas and churidars. This indulgence of western with traditional outfit proves to be a great experiment.

One must never fear experimenting and this tinge of west on Desi is really good.
This Ethnic Look of hers is totally different and new..I am sure it will be popular amongst young college girls very soon.

Her ethnic wear is really very simple and compliments her.

Hair:Not very sophisticated and really simple french braid completes the desi and very "Simple" look of Pari in the movie.pretty fringes in the front and mid-length braid behind is again something really good to go with.

Accesories:coming to accesories,what first comes to my mind is Pari's smiley badge on her waistcoat.how cute its is :)

and then her jewelery which in general scenes is just pretty small earrings or Jhumkas and a metallic watch on her wrist.

Makeup: The MOST perfect makeup for her according to the movie. The Neutral/Nude make is just fantastic and her pretty peach-pink lips Along with her highlighted eyes makes her sharp face glow and come up perfectly in every scene.

At first , when Parineeti begins to lip sync the words it doesn't please me.
A friend of mine said " Such a beautiful song and equally bad video ,it should have been ROCKSTAR sorta video" -Pallavi Verma,Friend.

But I think video is just different in its own way..
The part where Parineeti plays with the Vintage concert Mic With Concert back- lighting is enough for a rockstar like feel.

Its is amaaazingly sung by Shalmali Kolgade. Lyrics by Kausar Munir are no less.
I love song's beats ...everything ♥

Also i must mention that music reminds me of Kailash Kher 's album "Kailasa 's " - Teri Deewani.

Newbie Pareeniti Chopra & Arjun Kapoor are ready to set box office on fire with their upcoming flick Ishaqzaade. Theatrical promos look promising and assure audience how great talents are being introduced to bollywood industry. I am myself waiting eagerly for the movie to release because since my first movie ( Dil To Pagal Hai ) , I am in love with Yash Raj Productions and Ishaqzaade promos , fan pages , songs etc etc everything .After a long time i am fanatic about any movie.

 I am sure Ishaqzaade is going to get a mindblowing opening and will be declared hit because Pareeniti & Arjun 's acting talents are indubitable .
Songs from Ishaqzaade are already rocking the charts . I find them too different and really good.Even the very typical item songs every movie has,in Ishaqzaade  are out of the ordinary or simply distinctive. Not forgetting to mention "Chand Baby" - Gauhar Khan looks hot.

I think Pareeniti & Arjun are really a good pair and brining in newbies is a really good decision .
Arjun is seen with really good expressions in the movie promos and best is his Abs-show in Chokra Jawan song.
Parineeti has set a new style statement with her Braided hair ( French ) & Waistcoat-on-Desi ETHNIC Look.
Parineeti - well , I really like Priyanka Chopra and comparing the cousins make no sense at all.First they are two individuals with their own individuality and then cousins to each other.
But Comparison occurs naturally ( Not being hippocratic ).
Since i've seen Parineeti i feel that she has better NATURAL beauty than Priyanka has. Parineeti is pretty .
Her acting as seen in Ladies V/s Ricky Bahl is again - Indisputable.

Coming to the Backstage cast : Directors( HABIB FAISAIL)  , Producers  etc etc :| __Are NOT to be questioned I have faith in Yash Chopra Production ( Aditya Chopra ) :)

Final Verdict : Worth Watch ! 11th May it is !

HARSHADA REGE Times News Network Wondering who Harleen Kaur, the demure Punjabi kudi who has Saif swooning over her in Love Aaj Kal, really is? She’s Brazilian model Giselle Monteiro, 20, who can barely speak Hindi. As to how she landed herself a Bollywood film, Giselle smiles, “I came to Mumbai last year and within 20 days was signed for this film. I was at a photoshoot when someone told me that Imtiaz Ali was looking for a foreigner to play Saif’s girlfriend. It was a small role, but I thought I’d give it a shot, and when I went for the audition, Imtiaz felt I would be perfect as Harleen.” Giselle’s not new to the arclights. She began modelling back home when she was only 17. “My dad told me that if I wanted to carry on studying I’d have to fund myself. Also, I wanted to travel, so I left home and travelled around the world.” From Europe to Hong Kong to Thailand and finally India, Giselle’s now at home in Mumbai. She wasn’t surprised she was asked to play a Punjabi girl. “I’m often asked if I’m an Indian, so coming to India and exploring the market here was always on my mind. Luckily for me, I was playing a shy girl in the film, so I didn’t have too many dialogues,” she laughs. “Right now, all I can say is chai lao and namaste!”And Bollywood’s started taking notice. “I haven’t signed anything yet. I have to start attending language and dance classes. It’s difficult to cope with the jhatkas, but I am getting into the Bollywood groove now,” she says. IMTIAZ SPEAK Says Imtiaz Ali, director of Love Aaj Kal, on why he chose a Brazilian, “I was auditioning girls from all over the country but couldn’t find the right girl to play the 1965 ki gali mein rehne wali ladki,purane zamane ki.” Giselle walked into Imtiaz’s office one day for the part of Saif’s firang girlfriend. “She wasn’t right for Jo, but I realised she was Brazil’s Harleen.”Giselle understood the old-world values of her small town character better than an urban Indian actress would have. “The small-town mentality in every part of the world is similar,” he says. Even when Harleen was seen in the trailers, her identity was a closely guarded secret. When she came to Delhi for the premiere of the film on Thursday last week, Giselle was available for photographs, but forbidden to say a word. At the time, the representative from Saif’s production company who accompanied her refused to tell DT her name, and only said that “she plays Harleen, and she’s very happy. Love Aaj Kal is Out....And I Saw it. Review! Love Aaj Kal Rocks! I Finally saw The Movie.!!

Ohkey so writing a review about Love Aaj Kal, well this is the first time am writing any review! And I would love to start from Love Aaj Kal, I think it’s most difficult to write about such a wonderful movie, because I think I will definitely miss out something! I and My Best friend had been waiting for this movie from about a month. The day I saw its first trailer I knew I have to see this movie now. Deepika makes me go crazy. Later when my friend told me that he is waiting for it because he really loves Imtiaz Ali's direction. He loved Socha Na tha and Jab We Met. So we knew Love Aaj Kal will be a big hit. Dooriyan was awesome and Aahun Aahun really made me bounce. After Jab we Met not only me but almost everyone was expecting a lot from Imtiaz, and we got that.

I loved each and every scene of it. The movie starts in London with glimpses of Meera (Deepika) and Jai (Saif) how they started a relationship and how they had to compromise. They decide to break up as Meera had to leave for Delhi for her job where Jai also had to leave for Golden Gate, his biggest dream ever! They knew that Long-Distance-Relationships DONT WORK! So they find a solution for it that is Break-Up. They decide to leave each other after a relationship of 2 years and they won’t do it like others, they end up happily with a break up party! While Meera is leaving for Delhi Jai decides to see off her last time and here comes the second role played by Saif - Veer Singh. there on the Airport, Veer Singh (played by Rishi Kapoor) starts with his past telling Jai about having a great heart , telling him about love. Veer(Saif is young rishi kapoor) used to look like to Jai. Jai used to follow a girl on her way to college - Harleen Kaur (Giselle Monteiro).which later when shifted to Calcutta from Delhi same as Meera, who went to Delhi from London. Jai and Meera are still in contact through Phones & Internet. They keep sharing their everyday with each other. When Meera tells Jai that her boss Vikram want to have a dinner with her, where Jai is little possessive about her but still suggests her to go with him. Where the other side Jai also meets Joe during the song Twist! Which finally is the girlfriend of Jai now. He is still missing Meera and then decides to go to Delhi as Joe also wanted to visit India. At Delhi, Jai surprises Meera by where on the other side of screen Veer surprises Harleen at Calcutta. After Jai & Veer spend some fun time around Meera & Harleen, Meera tells Jai that Vikram proposed her about marriage and Harleen tells Veer about her’s. Veer and Jai leave. Meera feels the need of Jai on the second day of the marriage only, she tries to go for him but she finds that Jai is absolutely fine, so she returns, but not to her husband Vikram, she is living separately. Where Jai is totally busy and really satisfied to fulfill his dream of the Golden Gate he realizes that he can’t concentrate and finds out that reason for his distraction is Meera. He goes back to Delhi to meet Meera and where in story of Veer Singh, Veer jumps in the train to Calcutta and conveys Harleen's mother. The movie ends with a cute acceptation of love by Jai to Meera and where at Calcutta Harleen runs away with Veer....Leaving the Audience to groove to Aahun Aahun...and regretting that the movie ended :( (Like Me).

"Now, That’s Like A Movie!!" because, from My Opinion this is the most Balanced movie I’ve ever seen.

•Superb Cast,

•Touching Scenes which everyone can relate his life to,

•a li'l Pinch of Comedy Romance Drama and Action too... (balanced one huh! ;) )

•Audience is finding themselves in the movie...everyone is touched and finding solutions (happy solutions) to their lives.

•Music is Fabulous....Sad Sweet Folk Romantic Hip-hop....Each & Every kind of song Ads shine to it.

•There is a Happy Ending. :D

Given above are the reasons why I liked the movie and that it has to be liked by all.

It's a Big Big Hit !

I still want to go back to that theatre , still shouting around telling everyone I saw it ... I saw it, bas koi ek baar or mujhe dikha do...mujhe 5-6 baar movie fir se dekhni hai...
